According to the LG customer service representative, the vast majority of people who install front load washers upstairs have vibration problems. If you are considering installing them upstairs make sure your builder has done everything possible to solidify the subfloor. I can now see why the manufacturers recommend installing them is on a concrete floor -- the unit can vibrate as much as it wants and the floor will not budge. I wish salespeople would share this incite with potential buyers.</description>
